#KindlyXmas is an annual festive initiative which aims to alleviate loneliness among isolated older people by inviting young creators – through social media – to write a hand-crafted letter to an assigned older person.

The impact film that we produced uses crowdsourced footage from participants to summarise how the first year went: over 4,000 young people, from all over the world, sent letters to bring joy to thousands of the UK’s older people on Christmas Day 2018.
